Call NHS 111 for free expert NHS health advice and information 24 hours a day (calls charged at local rates). For deaf people and those hard of hearing, a telephone service is available on 18001 111. If English is not your preferred language, you can choose to use a confidential translation service.

  • Accident & Emergency departments are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can assess serious injuries and provide emergency treatment.
  • Minor Injuries/Illnesses Unit located at St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre, to see experienced nurse for treatment of minor injuries and illnesses seven days a week from 7.30am-10:00pm Mondy to Friday and , 8:00am-10:00pm weekends and bank holidays
  • If you have any concerns or queries about accessing local health services, please contact the Patient Advice and Liasion Service (PALS) on 0800 917 6039
